Each template has a Flash Text banner. You can make changes to this banner or select your own banner through this menu (in that case, select "Use Own Banner" and click on "Continue").
When you select "Standard Flash Banner" (default selection) and click on "Continue", you will enter the menu to setup the flash banner for your pages.
